Wine-themed Wedding Cake

This wedding cake was created around the theme of wines - a passion of both the bride and groom. Burgandy and champagne hues were used in creating the roses, tulips, calla lilies, and hydrangeas sugar flowers that were used to decorate the cake. The white fondant provided a wonderful backdrop for the colors of the flowers and the sugar green leaves. The bride and groom chose to make each layer of this cake a different flavor. From top to bottom, blackberry, lemon, almond joy, and cookies & cream cakes were used to create this four-tier cake. A selection of our hand-made caramel/walnut and banana chocolates were placed around the base of the cake to finish the presentation.
