Tropical Fruit Soup with Chocolate Fallen Angel Cake and Sour Cream Sorbet

This dessert combines the chocolate flavor that everyone loves in a dessert with the refreshing taste of tropical fruits. In the top plated version, the fallen angel cake is placed into the center of the tropical soup, topped with any flavor ice cream or sorbet and then garnished with fresh fruit, a tulie cookie, and blue lychee sauce. In the bottom plated version, a tulie cookie boat containing ice cream is floated on the tropical fruit soup. The fallen angel cake and fruit are served on the side.
