Chocolate Creme Brulee Delight

I created this dessert for Notter's Plated Desserts course. It is a stacked dessert that has layers of rich chocolate cake, chocolate mousse, and creme brulee. The layers are interchanged and plated on caramel sauce so that the flavors of each component have the chance to meld together to create a delicious taste experience. The dessert is topped with sour cream sorbet and a brown and red tulie cookie.
